About Staple-Fibre Geotextile
Staple-fibre geotextile is produced by opening, carding, cross-lapping and needlepunching short fibres into fabric. The structure is uniform with high porosity, giving stable filtration and soil-retention performance at lower cost than filament products.
Note that GB/T 17638-2017 expresses product specification by nominal breaking strength rather than mass per unit area; when ordering, state both mass and strength to avoid acceptance disputes.
